This Commercial License grants you (the Licensee / Purchaser of AstroArabia v2 Pro) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the software, UI/UX design system, and code under the following terms:

1. PERMITTED USES (GRANTED RIGHTS):
- You may use this template to develop unlimited personal, corporate, and client websites and web applications.
- You may modify, customize, style, and adapt the source code, components, and design tokens to suit your end-products.
- You may deploy the compiled static builds and web products on any domain or hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS, etc.).

2. RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITIONS:
- You CANNOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or offer the source code, components, or template assets as a template, starter kit, theme, or UI kit (neither for free nor for sale).
- You CANNOT upload the uncompiled source code to public code repositories (such as public GitHub repos).
- You CANNOT create a competing template product directly derived from this codebase.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
